How do I listen to the audio files in GymGlish?

To listen to our audio files, try the following steps:

First of all, you can use the audio player integrated into your lessons. To do this, all you have to do is click on the play button to the left of the progress bar. You can also adjust the volume by using the corresponding button.
If the audio player doesn't work (or if it doesn't appear in your e-mail), you can click on 'Download audio file' to open the audio file directly in your web browser, or with a right-click of the mouse, save the audio file to your hard drive.
If neither of these options work, you can listen to audio files by calling the GymGlish audio server (located in Paris, France). The phone number is listed next to the audio icons in your e-mails along with the code number of your audio file.

My score is unfair, and I am not happy!

A low daily score due to an unintentional click has little impact on your global score. See: 'I clicked on the SEND button unintentionally before finishing my lesson: is it possible to re-do my lesson?'.
Certain scores may seem unfair because a question or correction may seem ambiguous. Our pedagogical team is constantly trying to improve the quality of our content by removing questions which may seem ambiguous.

Don't be too concerned! A poor daily score has a negligible effect on your general level (see: How my general level calculated?).

Furthermore, if our software has detected an unjustified 'knowledge gap' - due to a bad click of the mouse, a lack of attention, or perhaps an ambiguous question - you can quickly remedy this. For example, if a word is wrongfully added to your list of vocabulary to review due to one of these errors, you can easily remove it by selecting the option 'No need to review' during the first memorization test at the start of your lessons (See also: I don't understand how the memory tests work?).

We try our absolute best to ensure that GymGlish lessons are a pleasure for all learners; preserving your motivation and assiduousness, in order to make an effective training program, is one of our priorities.

My lesson doesn't fit into the screen, I have to use the scroll bar to see all the text.

First of all, make sure that the resolution of your computer is at least 1024x768, our lessons do not work with resolutions lower than this.

If the resolution is correct and the problem persists, there is probably a problem with the configuration of your internet browser. Make sure that you haven't applied a zoom to your internet pages!

In your browser, you can return to the default display setting by simultaneously pressing the Control (Ctrl) and zero (0) keys.
