Welcome to the GymGlish online help center! On the left-hand side, you can see a list of topics. Click on these to find answers to any technical difficulties you may encounter while using GymGlish:
- Using GymGlish : This section deals with questions concerning the use of your GymGlish lessons (when lessons are sent, WorkBook, level, personalization etc.).
- Subscription and Secure Payment : Use this section to find answers to your questions concerning our payment methods (CIC etc.).
- Sending/Receiving Lessons : This is where you'll find answers to your questions about sending and receiving your GymGlish lessons (problem with the 'send' button, GymGlish lessons in spam folder, the check-up system, etc.).
- Technical Problems : Find answers to other technical concerns here.
- Scoring, Level and Difficulty : Learn all about our scoring system here (your daily score, evaluation, grammar level, etc.).
- Holidays and Planned Absences : This section will help you manage your holidays and breaks from GymGlish (e.g. no lessons during your holidays).
- Audio Problems : Here, you'll find help with listening to our audio files (audios are too quiet, problems with your media player etc.).
- Miscellaneous : This section deals with questions which aren't strictly technical.
